IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, CALL US AT (403) 320-1819 - IF WE’RE CLOSED OR UNAVAILABLE PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

WE ASK THAT YOU GIVE AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE SO WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% CANCELLATION FEE, AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITH NO NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 100% NO-SHOW FEE - THESE FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. OUR FEE MAY BE WAIVED FOR THOSE CANCELLING DUE TO ILLNESS, PROVIDED YOU CALL AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

OUT OF RESPECT TO EVERYONE’S TIME, CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE TO THEIR APPOINTMENT MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE AND WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE TIME RESERVED IF NO NOTICE WAS GIVEN. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ALTER YOUR SERVICES TO FIT IN THE REMAINING APPOINTMENT TIME, HOWEVER SOME SERVICES CANNOT BE PERFORMED IN LESS THAN THE ALLOTTED TIME.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR HAIR SERVICES, HOWEVER WE WILL HAPPILY MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICES AFTER A CONSULTATION WITH YOUR STYLIST OR BARBER. REQUESTS FOR HAIRCUT OR COLOUR ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.

ALL RETAIL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. IF YOU’RE UNHAPPY WITH A PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED, WE WILL OFFER AN EXCHANGE FOR ONE THAT BETTER SUITS YOUR HAIR NEEDS, PROVIDED THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT IS AT LEAST 1/2 FULL. RECEIPTS ARE NOT NECESSARY AS WE KEEP TRACK OF PURCHASES MADE ON YOUR CLIENT FILE. GIFT CARD PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
